my power pack blew recently and had trouble booting up so re formatted and re installed about a week ago. i keep getting the blue screen but seems random! it flashed up too quick to get the code but the last time i had this problem it was my gpx card driver but it told me that on the blue screen, it dosent say that now? other that being random, when it restarts my system it gets to just after the xp logo loading screen then does it a few times then it starts ok?

any help?

cheers

Derry

nearly sure the code starts ACL and ends .sys ?

Turn off auto-restart under the control panel and get a clearer picture of what the code is, or lookunder Admin tools for error logs, they normally gives a good hint on where the problems are generated from.

display drivers are corrupted try and get a older software version

possible the other reason could be your ddram that is at fault
when it tries and uses it :(

this happen to me with my ati card but not anymore :)
