Xbox Problem

I just recently softmodded my xbox with SID 4 and i went to reformat the HDD and now i get an "your xbox needs service error" but it has no error number i cant do anything except play orginal copies of games,im stumped i tryed everything.I cant ftp or anything and i cant boot the M$ dash or the modded dash.If you could help i would appreciate it.

Just run xbox live update from a new game (anything 05 up), or use slayers dvd to format the hdd back to original state and softmod again. This has happened to me before, it can be worked out.

as stonington said just update live with a new game and start again, next time don't format the hardrive as it's already formatted.

i doubt that will do anything due to the fact that there is nothing on my HD.Everything got erased.
