If its original then no it wont work on the 360, this game isn't on the 'Original Xbox Games That'll Play On The 360 List'

If its a backup then i think it has to be re-ripped again from the original the 'xtreme' way and burnt on a dual layer

i tried it anyway and it said i needed a xbox hard drive to play original xbox games
