undelete deleted files

i have deleted a file on my pc and it was deleted but not put in the recycle bin because it was too big. is there any programme that will let me recover it Trailware or shareware).

It can be a tricky business and will depend on a number of factors, not least of which is ...... have you continued using the partition concerned, for writing/deleting files.

Have a look here http://www.quetek.com/index.html there's a free download that lets you see what might be recoverable. It could save you a lot of wasted time.
