Hey guys,
While watching a divix video and surfing online, all of a sudden my computer froze up, monitor went on and off and finally i got a nvidea display error, maybe a driver error. I rebooted my computer manually and then my mobo boots(logo screen) then window boots(window bar screen) but then i get a black screen and my monitor goes into standby then gets out of it and goes back into standby...and stays that way. I can get into windows in safe mode but any other way it doesnt work. I even did a system restore but that didnt help anything. Can you guys suggest me something to do...Do i need a new video card?

When booting up can you go into VGA mode and then change the driver

you can select VGA mode from boot up, it is there with the options of selecting safe mode. However, if as it appears from your post that you can login in safe mode, then all you need is to find the correct drivers for your pc and install them
