Virtual Mac on a PC - any updates?

A while ago when OS X was first announced to work on intel I got it working on my PC using VMWare but it was a beta of the OS and was flakey (followed instructions from a web site that I can't find now)

Has anyone done anything since the OS has properly come out?
is there any sites about it anywhere?
