graphics help please

some times when i am on the net when i scroll down the screen goes blurred then it goes back to normal ,it looks as the picture on screen has run, it only started when a windows update was installed i am running windows xp service pack 2 my mobo is an asus sata raid my cpu is 3 gig amd 64 bit ,with 2and a half gig of ddr ram please if you can help me i would be grate full as its doing my head in ,my graphics is a g force 4 i have tried the graphics card and ram in an other computer and it is fine :confused: :cheers:

Can u not uninstall the latest windows update m8?

i thought about that but i didnt want to make any thing worse and i didnt no what to delete as a few came down together:confused:

Try installing the current drivers from Nvidia.
