confused which pioneer 107 to buy?

want to know which pioneer 107 to buy was going to buy the 107 on svp communications site, is this the best drive to buy, the 1 where u can flash the firmware to write at 8x on 4x ritek or not?
or would the a07 be a better bet?:confused:

Well in fact the A07XL actually has different guts and firmware inside it, and to the best of my knowledge NIL hasn't even ported his hack to this newer drive yet, so the OEM 107D is a better drive in that regard.

the original firmware on my 107d is 1.09.when i try to flash the 107d to burn 8x on 4x i get this.
