the post above mine ?? not sure what you mean ? im after getting round the actual activation of windows xp = i.e.=you have 30 days to register this copy b4 it becomes inactive , not the validation feature as that is a seperate issue ,could you explain further plz m8 , cheers for replying

sorry guys but this isnt the windows genuine advantage problem that im talking about its to do with actuallt activating windows i.e. when you do a fresh install ?? can anyone help please , cheers

I didn't think it was a WGA issue.

The prudent thing to do is to contact Microsoft by telephone and they will check your info in their database and issue a new activation code.
Simply use this new activation code to activate your OS once again.

err i wont be contacting ms if you know what i mean ( wink wink ) i know there is a workaround for this out there cos someone gave it to me b4 ,does anyone know about it ?

The post everyone is referring to is the one near the top about the Forum Rules & Code of Conduct...which clearly says your not suppose to ask for serial numbers, activation codes, etc.

i think i know what he means its not a serial its no different to the wga crack thats been posted


its a little proggy that you run that disables the activate xp within 30 days icon in the taskbar
