Maybe so but think about it. A system that comes out 4 years later and has so many more capabilities being able to run on the previous generation system? What would be the point of releasing the 360 if that were possible? ;) It's kinda like asking if a brand new top of the line PC game would run well on a PC that hasn't been upgraded in the last 4-5 years.
