Convert to MP4 for Sony Ericsson W810i

Hi folks, don't know if this is the correct place, sorry if it aint.

I have tried to convert avi into MP4 and 3gp for my W810i phone, with various different software, every time i do it, i get sound only. Anyone point me in the right direction?

DO I need to set a specific screen resolution? Can i set it so that it will play horizontally?

Thanks for the reply aaronjon, I didn't plump for the pocket divx, as i wasn't sure about how to install exe files on my phone (call me a thicko but...). However that expansys forum is excellant for phone idiots like myself. I found a piece of software called 'Super', which is exactly what it says on the tin. Heres a link for any interested partys'
