Video 2 pc from Ipod, then back again if possible

What i want is a program that will allow me to remove video from ipod onto pc, then copy it back to another ipod.
Is there a program that will let me do this please, if so point me in right direction.

Also want to be able to put an mp3 album including its folder onto ipod so it shows up in ipod in its folder.

1st part - I believe programs like anapod explorer will allow you to copy video and audio off the ipod, you could then import it into a new itunes on another pc with a different pod and copy it back,

2nd part - not easily possible, as the iPod uses it's own folder structure. You could copy the folder into the removable drive section (in Options of Itunes to enable disk use) but I don't 'think' it would play music from this folder (although never tried it myself).
