2nd hard drive

trying to install 2nd h/d bios recognises it but its not there on my computer
help please its secondry slave win 98

If this is a new drive, Windows 98 will not recognige it until it is partitioned and formatted. Boot to DOS with a Windows 98 boot disk and run FDISK to partition the drive then format it with the format command.
