Enabling Standby In My Pc

I was able to put my pc into standby mode, before i installed a tv card and reset the CMOS, but now i can't.
Its a shuttle ST20G5, any ideas what i need todo?

If it's an ATI card, then some do have issues with their drivers that cause these problems. The only way I found to get around it was to update the graphics drivers.

Its ATI onboard graphics so ill give it a try.
