Any of you guys use it? if so you guys wanna try and set up some games?

Not sure about clans etc. (i'm rubbush at all games- don't want to let the side down) but think it'd be fun to get some multiplayer action if possible.

maybe we can put a sticky with peoples kai (when it comes out)/xlink/xbconnect/xboxlive tags

just a thought- I'm just trying this for the first time so haven't worked out how to use it properly yet.

Sounds like a good idea. You'd also probably want to list if you are pal or ntsc.

Not on halo at least. But I think I heard that some other games can play pal/ntsc at the same time, I'm not 100% though as I've never tried it.

There has to be a way around that though right? I mean surely there are Live games now in EU and US/CA and Japan where you can play against each other...good question.

got 1.5mbit dl but only 256k upload so not sure if i can host a game but would be up for trying if there are any other interested takers.

one wierd thing dunno if any of you guys noticed it but just installed office 2003 and now when i try to start xlink- it keeps trying to run the damn office installer- uninstalled xlink as it was giving me probs but going to reinstall it again when i get home maybe its an order thing

flingapoo - xbc tag just signed up yesterday, hopefully I can get a game to load tonight...........[edit]found out it was my username that was keeping my games from loading, all sorted now. By the way after one day on xbc I noticed my skillz weren't as good as I thought :(

Nimble you should create a private room for ntsc/pal people and give them the passw whenever they want to play, for exmpl, people from this forum that you want to add, we could establish the game, the time etc.

yup most european tvs can cope with a ntsc signal- it seems in the US the reverse isn't true

you guys realise that the new kai will mean we can play against people on other consoles :eek:

unfortunately for them they don't have halo :D

but time splitters is poorman's alternative can't think of any other multiplatform system link games though off the top of my head

Also my foolio brother forgot to bring the ntsc copy of halo, so i doubt i could even connect up with you guys with halo anyway got a few of the others so if you guys are playing someone post on here with details (time, game, tunneling method etc.) and i'll try and join you guys, if not may be next week :(
