memory question

a quick question on memory
at the moment i have 1024 ddr 333 2700 2 x 512mb
will upgrading to 1024 ddr 400 3200 dual channel kit 2x 512 mb
make a big difference on preformance
or should i just wait to get 2048 ddr 400 dual channel kit 2 x 1024mb
to see the difference

Going from 333MHz to 400MHz and from 512MB to 1024MB will make noticeable difference in the responsiveness of the system. However, you'll not notice much when going from 1GB to 2GB of RAM most of the time.
