Resident Evil Outbreak not working correctly

i am using the swap magic disc as well as trying the gameshark 2 disc....

I am not able to load RE Outbreak. It boots, but then gets stuck right in the beginning where it says "now loading.....:

what gives??

(i also checked swapmagicfix for any patch but there is none)

I am burning 2x, etc etc.....and i dont have anything else running....

I made my copy using Stomp RecordNow and I even DNAS patched it. It works fine.

i just got it working with the swap magic discs and the cogloader....

its a little bit of a pain swapping 4 discs - but i guess there are only a few games that need it , so why not

Did you d/l this game or copy it from a direct source (ie. original)? Helps to be specific when posting m8.
