Help Unpacking .tar files

OK folks, I have downloaded a pc game from emule - it comes in 3 parts.
When I try to 'Extract to Specified folder' with winrar, I a popup window saying: Next Volume is required - Insert a disk with this volume and press ok - there is also a browse button.

I have the 3 parts in one folder - and presumably need ot extract each of them into the same folder, from where I can create an iso and burn to dvd.

Am I being incredibly stupid, or does it seem like 1 or more of the parts is corrupted and useless.

Sorry - I am a complete newbie at this download lark - much easier to use bst!

what games is it? you will need to contact your game manufactor site to get some help on this type of problem... I called E-A games about how i get an error when installing Need 4 Speed Underground 2 that i downloaded from Kazaa and they just send me a whole new CD... and i even tell them to make the games installation better next time otherwise i won't be playing their games anymore and they say sorry for my inconvinence after that....
