whene would you suggest i can get drivers for my sound and graphics from

needing to upgrade mine

grab a copy of Belarc Advisor, to identify your hardware, then post back, with the make/model of your cards.

If it is an upgrade you can probably get the info on what type of hardware it is from the device manager you can get them from the manufacturers website or you could try http://drivergude.com
