creating additional ntlworld email boxes

does this process take forever for anyone else???? ive been trying fo over an hour now and still havent done it, i takes ages creating a mailbox suggestion


ok its processed now and i get this msg

system error


i dont know what is the actual error, can some1 else give it a shot and let me know how they get on??

Planned Maintenance w/c 05/04/2004
As part of the ongoing project to maintain and upgrade our Broadband network, there is a requirement to carry out work on components which may result in a loss of service for the duration of the work.

The following work will be taking place during the week commencing Monday April 5th:

On the morning of Tuesday 6th April between midnight and 6am, the following work will take place:-

Network resegmentaion will result in a brief loss of service in Aldershot, Bishop Stortford and surrounding areas

Network upgrades will result in a brief loss of service in the following areas :- Northern Ireland, Coventry, Cosham, Horndean, Renfrew, Nottingham, Northampton and Middlesborough.

Upgrades to some of our email servers will result in a loss of service for some customers, any mail sent to affected customers during the outage will be available to collect after 6am.

Broadband customers in all regions may experience a loss of service for a few minutes due to network load rebalancing.
