XBMP or XBMC??

Which is the best one to put on my xbox?? Xbox Media Player or Xbox Media Centre.

Need sommat that'll play everything. DivX, Xvid etc. Need a dummy guide on how to install whichever too (I mean dummy) Anyone help me??

Just get both. You can usually find info on installing in the readme files, theres also an entire forum on X-S dedicated to them that has plenty of info. And if you get stuck then post it and we will help no prob.

get the xbmp2.4 manual (pdf file) from the aforementioned forum- alot of the settings from XBMP are applicable to XBMC.

XBMC is now all that i use as far as i'm concerned the cvs point releases at least (the ones that are posted by the developers every month or so) are stable.
