I've downloaded 3 live music videos and would like to join them all into 1
continuous video without any gaps and then burn them as a SVCD.
Any help please

Easy Video Joiner (http://www.doeasier.org/joiner/) can join m2v files. I've tried the program once, and the video went slightly blocky at the join, and audio had a slight beep.
I've had limited success in joining multiple files to a seemless stream. I may join the video fine, but most of the time the audio will beep at the join point.
I usually demux the audio tracks, join them with goldwave, then save as wav and convert to mp2. Then join the videos with TMPGenc and demux the joined m2v, and mux with the new joined mp2 file. Even then I may still get the annoying beep by the audio join.
Most of the time I just simply join the files in TMPGenc and hope that the audio beep is not there, as sometimes it joins seemless.

If you add them as seperate tracks with a 0sec delay they should play pretty much continuously.
Otherwise try womble's MPEG-VCR.
