Just got a nano and followed this tut to the letter, now have fullscreen music videos, funny clips etc and games like doom, goldeneye etc playing on my nano!

At the moment the main drawbacks are

1) File Size - only supports uncompressed avi so filesize is pretty huge (64.6MB .m2v music video converts to 253MB uncompressed avi)

2) Seek function - generally tends to scew the AV sync up if you ff/rw

3) No playlist function for videos

Anyway heres the link to the tutorial, it basically involves installing linux as a second operating system on the nano (very simple if you follow it properly)
