Noob question on HD TV's

Going to purchase an Xbox360 later on in the year, but want to get a HD TV to maximise its potential.

At present ive got an xbox on CRT.

If i was to purchase the HD TV now, would i notice any difference at all with the 'old' xbox?

Not unless u have a component box and cable that ui can get from liksang or buy second hand on somewhere like AVforums. You will also need ur current xbox chipped to be able to change the video setting (very easy if u have something like evox, avaluanch. If you do this you will see a mild diffrence in some games and a massive diffrence in other games that were actually made for high def like halo 2 (there is a list somehwere online). So yeah there would be a big diffrence if you get the cables and hook in up to a high def setup.
