My other computer says NTLDR is missing when I boot up. I've checked the internet for hours trying to find an easy way to restore the missing boot file but I can't find a simple way without re-formatting the drive :bawling: . I don't want to re-format the drive because I have a lot of stuff I need on it.
If you can be of help I would GREATLY appreciate it.
THANKS!

well first things first, make sure there isn't a floppy or cdrom in the drive
you could try a repair from the windows cd but it may not work. Otherwise assuming the two PC's are desktops, take the hard drive out of the non-working PC and put it into the working one, then copy the data off before formatting.
Yea, try repairing it. This error apears for numerous reasons... Overheating...Viruses..Overclocking.., etc...
