Doesn't your program that displays them have a text editor? Or an export function?

Like the word insertation btw, top notch :)

Go into My Computer, tools, folder options and click the view tab. Uncheck the box that says "hide extensions for known file types". Now find the files you are telling us about and tell use what the extension is.

I have a program that displays jukebox labels

I'm confused by this - it suggests to me that you already have labels in a specific type of file which opens using special software - is this right? So normally you just open them up in this and print them as is - that right?

I worded it wrong i haven't got a program that opens them i just have a folder with 50 odd different jukebox label designs in , i did all the above but nothing seems to have changed , if i look at the properties it just says open with wordpad although i can change it , seem to think i saw one of the files earlier with .Doc at the end if that helps but not 100%

when i put the cursor over the folder without clicking it says they are .Doc files :saywhat:

How about right click, go to "open with" and open them with word (if they are .doc)?

Also what OS?

Theres your problem then. Have a crack at Open Office (http://www.openoffice.org/), should do the trick for you.
