problem receiving some emails - outlook express

I don't have a lot of details because i'm asking this for my sister.

When she tries to receive her emails it starts collecting them but then stops,there's about 29 emails in total and it receives the first 7 ok but when it gets to the eigth it just seems to stop and eventually a box pops up asking if you want the pop server to continue to try receiving them.
She has got Tesco broadband and using XP o/s .
I've checked the pop and smtp server addresses and they seem ok.

Sound like one of the email is the cause of the problem, try logging in through webmail and delete the message.

How do i log into webmail ?

then login to the bit that says webmail login. sorry can't remember the username and password though.

Thanks for your help,its apparently sorted itself out now so maybe it was just a problem with the server.
