downloaded a dvd now what.?

got a load of vob/bup/ifo files what do i do with then i won't to burn them to
dvd.? file size is 4.3gb

what burning prog are you using? if nero select DVD-video and drag all those files into the video_ts folder and hit burn

Just to add.... make sure you label the folder in capitals or no worky.

i.e.:- VIDEO_TS

OK did what nimbles said film works ok but scene select is not working right.? when i select part of film it goes to trailer menu.? but some scene selects work ok.? would
doing what lazza says sort this out or is this .?

No. For a start if you did waht nimbles said Nero would have created the folders for you and they all would have been in capitals.

Secondly such things generally only effect whether the disc will play at all.

Could be that someone just stuffed up and it isn't anything to do with anything that you did.

Try playing the files on your PC.

it does the same on pc.? half of scene select work ok some go to trailer menu.?

sounds like a balls up on behalf of the original ripper, as the others have said if you had done anything wrong in the burn process it wouldn't played full stop in your stand alone but may have played on the pc (standalone's always look for the fiels in a VIDEO_TS folder- and the disc always has to be finalised- niether of which is necessary for the pc),
maybe a media issue although i doubt it
