Hi there,

Just brought one of these and I'm very pleased with up to a point, it's very quiet and they're not as big as I thought.

My only problem is I'm trying to print images onto printable DVD's. I'll line to tray up with the arrows, start printing, but the image doesn't cover the whole of the disk :t_down:. It seems like its printing off centre....if that makes any sense.

Anybody else have these problems? or can anyone point me in the right direction as to how I can get past this problem.

Cheers,

drewsie

Try adjusting the Print Position setting in the software to make sure it's centered. You may also need to adjust the Inner/Outer diameter settings. 21mm inner and 119 outer usually works.

QWERTY's dimensions are for full face printables, I use the same, but for other printables, I use an inner diameter of 41mm

To be honest folks these measurments don't mean much to me.

I've just managed to print one off successfully....but I think it was more luck than judgment :)

Thanks for the replies.

Ok, well if the diameters mean nothing, I assume you dragging and dropping your images, try saving them, and adding them through insert-->picture, this then allows you alter the placement of the image.

Yes Ogs, that's what I'm doing now. The reason I was going wrong was, I was using coverxp which I 've been told isn't compatable. Oh well, you live and learn don't you?
