tft going into power saving while installing drivers

hello guys just installing a new hard drive, evrything goes in fine but when i reach the desktop my monitor says not in range then into power saving mode, doesnt give me enough time to install gfx drivers etc, any ideas how i get around this???

Boot into Safe mode. Set the display frequency to 60hz and the resolution to something your monitor can handle. ...or if you have a regular monitor laying around plug it in temporarily

if that does not work install the software for the tft if u got this
but it sounds like the freq is wrong or the graffics card software got a bug in it
