Weird LOST burning question

I have downloaded an episode of LOST and when i transcode via nero all seems fine menu screen etc, the episode starts ok but when the LOST logo comes on the screen about 5 minutes into the episode the voices are out of sync for the rest of the episode ????
anyone have any ideas

Have you checked the original, there have been a few episodes with sync issues in the original.

nope i've played the original straight off my HD and it plays perfect no sync issues at all :(

Had this with a few episodes myself when using WinAvi but are fine when I use VSODivxtodvd
