Marrowind vs Marrowind Game of the Year?

Hey i want to get this game but im wondering if there is a difference between the two versions...if anyone knows...please post...thx!

This Game of the Year Edition of Morrowind includes the two
Expansions, Bloodmoon & Tribunal which were never before released
to XBOX. This new game allows also people who own the original
Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind continue their file on the all new
game of Morrowind game of the year edition . This adds up to
more than a 100 hours of gameplay that wasnt present in original
XBOX release of Morrowind. This Pal version include Full German
version and Full French version.

It's a very well thought out expansion, and letting you keep your character and all your skill levels from the original game is a very nice touch.
