keep getting data miners

Hi Guys

I run adware 6 every couple of days and it keeps finding an object identified as a data miner. Are these dangerous and any tips on how to prevent these from getting in. I have McAffee firewall installed.

these are downloaded when you enter a website, and you just need to get rid of them the way you are doing it now. As far as i am aware there is no easy way to stop them as they are part of the script of the pages you are going to

spywareblaster can help block this type of thing ;-0

Basically just tracking cookies and most are pretty harmless but if you do as emailrob said they just won't appear again as Spywareblaster will silently block them in future and is your best answer in stopping them returning.
