Please never make fixes for 1.5, its useless and an cause more issue than anything else.
If your console frags and you think you have a 1.5 :
-Check your soldering.
-Learn to use a multimeter.
-Be sure your mod is not empty.
Now the question is who created this hoax...
Wait, wait.. only 2 mods use 5v from lpc.

Mayve the one who created that "legend" should tell us why MS would go back and produce 1.4 xbox's for LE's consoles.

Seems a fair point- all the crystal xboxes do seem to be 1.4's!

My crystal box is a 1.4.

was not sure till i measured pin 2 to ground.

That guy is on dope. I've tested the ground with my fluke and there is no ground on a 1.5 where it usually is on the other versions. So is there 2 different versions of a 1.4 then? That doesn't make much sense.

EDIT: Just read the rest of the article "Few 1.5s have been produced in august according to some respected people."
