problem with Duo chip and V4 PS2

i install the chip myself i think i did it quite well but don't know.. the problem is it plays all fine and stuff.. boot all sort of back up and etc.. but after a while.. like when it's hot or something simlar .. sometime not very hot.. it just power off and blinks red in stand by mode.. keep on blinking like that.. i try to re soldier the whole chip too and the same thing happen... the only problem that i could think of is that i didn't use the right wire for the power and ground but didn't say anything about 22AWG for those point... and my V7 works fine eh? don't know going to buy those wire tomorrow and try it out..

hhmm found out that it isn't the wire fault but it's due to over heating... problem was the fan is dead.. well not the fan.. but the motherboard to rans the fan isn't running it.. don't know where to go from there now...

anyone??You can connect the fan wires to a 5V source and a ground source to make it work.

Or

Replace the fuse by removing it with a soldering iron and putting in a new one or solder a new fuse inline with the old one by putting a wire on each side of the old one connecting it with the new one.

Did you get the diagram for the fuse I sent you?

yeah receive your diagram can't seems to find the PS5 fuse on there... it goes from PS1-PS4 then PS6- PS15? wondering if the PS5 is under the white spot... where there is a legend
