V4 Apple Pro help

Hey, i got a version 4 gap ps2 with an apple pro. got my brother to put the chip in. when i turn on the ps2 the sound goes crazy and it won't load any games. just says no data. any ideas? gonna go over the board tomorrow. just wondering if anyone knows what it could be in the meantime.

sounds like its definitely the install wiress need to be checked
