desktop troubles...

hi guys,the writing under all my desktop icons has suddenly stayed highlighted all the time.does anyone know how to get rid of highlighted writing ,so its back to normal again cheers would be very grateful....routy45.

Try this:

1) Start -> Control Panel -> System

2) Click the Advance tab then click on the Settings button

3) In the Visual Effects tab, make sure the box "Use drop shadow for icon labels" is enabled (checked).
