Cheers guys. Some good tools here. In OS9 Transit is pretty good. Does it still hold up in OS X?

hi ps2 daddy is there any thing i need to alter intransit to get it to work ? im trying to set it up to use with a ftp account but it just wont connect for me ? im use to using flashfxp which is so simple but i enter all the details etc and nothing , ive tried changing some settings but still nothing ?

Do you have passive mode enabled or disabled in your preferences try switching that and see if it works for you
Transmit work great for transferring files to the internet for me and the xbox

I use SmartFTP, trial version doesnt lock up after end of trial period.

Well ive tried cyberduck and transmit but both connect but hang when trying to list directory ? ive changed the setings for every imaginable way but still no joy , will try smart ftp .

Dont know if its mac compatible but i use FileZilla :)

ive found a few bits of software that are compatible and all connect but none will show the directory lists ? im beginning to wonder if its down to sky broadband and there router as ive been on a unoffical skynet forum and theres some disscusions about hacking the router to be able to have full fuctions etc as the router sky send you is locked to only be used on there broadband , you dont even get a password or user name to connect online the router is some how configured already ?

What stuff were you hoping to download off BST?

I'm a Filezilla user and have no problems - it's a great free program. if you need anything like this the check out sourceforge.net ;)
