Internet question!!

Sorry guys and girls picking your brains once again!!!!!
Been getting it in the neck for a while now of my daughter cos i cant seem to access the nick jr webpage,,,i thought it was shutdown or there was an error with there site until this evening was messing about on me mums pc and went and visited the site no probs....whenever i try i get connection timed out or it takes forever and just get the nickjr logo at the top!!!
anybody got any ideas on wot could be causing this?have checked through my firewall and every thing seems to be in order with that

go into a command prompt and type ping www.**** or whatever the URL is. Then it will return an IP address. Try using that in IE instead of the URL.

I tried that yesterday T, and it didn't work.

Not working for me either,,,get results from the ping test then when i enter the ip address in internet explorer get page not found instantly!!!
Any more ideas??????
