Which firmware?

Can someone look at this page and tell me which firmware is the latest for my BenQ DW1640. My present firmware is BSJB.

http://benq.co.uk/serviceandsupport/downloads/downloads.cfm?product=750&type=B (http://benq.co.uk/serviceandsupport/downloads/downloads.cfm?product=750&type=B)

It’s got me confused.

Thanks

The "B" series are Retail drives, and the "G" series are OEM drives. So you have a retail drive, and the BSLB firmware is the latest version.

Thanks Elaine,

That's why I'm confused

I have the OEM version but my firmware is BSJB. I've sent an emial to BenQ technical support. They're supposed to be good.

Thanks,

Jessica

All firmware versions for both retail & OEM drives end with the letter B. Only the BSIB & BSIB-1 are for retail version. BSLB is the latest version for OEM (bulk) drive as Elaine said.

Hi :)
What ? G series is for bulk. BS series is for oem/retail. BE series is for external.
BSIB was only on site for 1 day, mod BSIB1 is a current oem/retail f/w.
Confusing is the fact that on BenQ site is that BSIB & BSIB1 are available as retail models only. However if your f/w is BS** then BSLB is the latest & supports Solid Burn/OverSpeed. This is a straight flash,so d/l the firmware & away you go.
BTW you need QSuite 2 to make the most of all the features.

:wavey:

Just downloaded firmware BSLB and flashed without a problem. Something turned out right for once!

Thanks to you all.
