Repairing Xbox S-Pad (HELP)

Well my first one broke basically it just stopped working. Power comes on but no movement. I opend it up and im no expert but i couldnt see anything wrong. Second pad works but when playing games it moves to the right much slower than to the left. Any ideas how t fix this?

lol....just make sure that the analog sticks are dead center before turning on your system....i think that the system automatically assumes that where ever the stick is....is center...so if it's off to one side just a hair...the xbox is going to make that the new center......if it's your d pad you're talking about....just take the controller apart and clean each rubber pad with rubbing alcohol....and clean the part of the circuit board where the rubber pads hit at with rubbing alcohol too....make sure it's completely dry then put it back together....that might fix things.
