what cables are best to connect my sky + , dvd player and xbox to the reciever box ?

i want to make sure i am getting the best possible picture .

I am assuming your DVD doesn't have HDMI output, Also assuming you aren't running stuff through an amp.

I guess you have to decide your order of preference re: Picture quality.

Sky+ is an easy one as you are limited to scart running RGB (or S-Video).
if your DVD player has component out, you have to decide whether you would prefer it to hook it up to component in on the Plasma or get component cables for the XBOX. Whichever one loses out can connect via RGB scart (assuming more than 1 of the scarts is RGB-compatible). On the other hand, perhaps there are component switch boxes on the market?
