Does anyone know how to test what type a usb cable is? I have a cable, and wonder if it`s 1.1 or 2.0.
Problem is that the 2.0 thingy I have, am I having trouble with...

I thought a usb 2.0 cable had a smaller connection at te device end? That's what my jukebox connection looks like anyway.

Nope, exactly the same.
Possible your player has a proprietary connection (Like the iPod for instance).

The connector on the end of a USB cable is usually one of three types... USB-A, USB-B, or Mini-USB.
Most often then not official USB2 cables have larger diameters and gold conectors. Buts that somethimes. They are interchangable though.
