I want an ipod, want to be able to tune into car

Was thinking about ITRIP?

are they any good?

also - I love the NANO IPOD! its cool, but will it work with itrip? so far from searching it doesnt look like it does but can anyone confirm???

And whats the benefit of those belkin ipod adaptors over the itrips? or itrips over beklin?

help!

cheers guys! (IPOD NEWBIE)

I got a 40GB Ipod photo. Such a pitty that I am never going to look at the nice colour screen though. Works fine accept the head unit forgets the shuffle setting every time I turn the car off. Also if I don't use the car for several days the ipod shuts down and it starts at the first track again.

Your question (despite the title, etc.) isn't about iPods though but rather about iPod adaptors. Mine is hooked up to a Alpine CDA-9851 via a KCA-420i.

I have an Apline stereo with the Ipod addition, all wired in. This means the Ipod is in the glove box, charged up.

The stereo has menu's so that you can manage you Ipod from the Stereo itself rather than fiddle with the menu system.

I have also has an Itrip from Griffin an this was a pain in ar5e, I have a Belkin battery powered digital display verison, but the batteries run out after about 8 hours of continual use!!

If your serious then the Alpine is the best way forward.

my latest Ipod is the Ipod Video, and it is sweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!, I have also had an Ipod Mini, and Ipod Nano and an Ipod Photo.
