sync problem with sky+

Hi all
when i try to run my sky+ through my dvd player for the dolby you can get with sky+,the speech is out off sync slighty,but enough to put you off watching it.

when watching it normal not through the dvd its fine,thheres no problem.

i've tried feeding the sky audio straight into the dvd and i've tried feeding it into the plasma first then out into the dvd but still got the same problem

I am guessing by "dvd player" you mean an all-in-one system? Which one is it?

Can you set a delay on it or can you pass the video feed through it (not usually desirable)?

i've looked for a delay menu or something like,but can't find one anywhere...:bawling:
