Picked up a Universal remote from Aldi today for £4.99.

Really nice backlit display and feel to it.

Got it to work with my TV, video, DVD, speakers but not my Sky+ box.

Can't get any functions to work.

My Sky+ box is a pace 3.041.

No biggy, but help appreciated.

I suspect you would need a learning remote. The normal sky remote doesn't even work on Sky+ (except for channel up and down)

It has learning capability.

It appears to learn the buttons ok but still, none of them work.

Yep, only a fiver gone.

I think I'm going to get one of those Kameleons (that work with sky+).
