Sonic Heros won't load

Sonic heros won't load from the disc or hard drive (it is a backup copy). clock is set to the current time and tryed pal and ntsc. The dashboard detects the disc as a game but freeses on "your selection is loading"

Just to let u know...I had the same problem. It was my media....changed it out and it works fine
