I believe the 3000 runs at 2.0GHz (12 x 166MHz) although I am not 100% certain.

There are two Sempron 3000+ CPUs. One is a socket 754 Palermo that runs at 1.8Ghz, FSB: 400MHz and the other is a Socket A Barton that runs at 2.0Ghz, FSB: 166/333MHz.
