Converting SVCD to DVD

I've got a problem, what software do i need to either join 2 SVCD discs on to one dvd or transcode into dvd format, without them stopping so they have a continous run

:) I've converted it, using Sonic Showbiz, a bit long winded but works fine.

hi qube....thanks for that tried it and it works...takes a while like u said but as u said it works fine on playback
