Problem with Top Spin ISO

Downloaded this off Bit Torrent and it's in a WinRar file.
Extracted files to a new folder.
There are about 50 Dnl-ts files.
Used Hjsplit to join them to 1 Dnl-ts file of about 2.2G.

What do I do to this file?

It isn't recognised by the PC, it isn't an ISO so I can't burn it to DVD.

Getting well sick of it.

Can anybody help me out?

If the files were rared, then all you do is double click the first file then all the other rared files will join. Hjsplit doesnt need to be used.

The game was downloaded as a single Rar file called XBOX Top Spin Pal.
Inside of that rar file there is dnl-ts.001 to dnl-ts.048, dnl-ts.sfv and a dnl-ts.nfo file.
When I double click on dnl-ts.001, msn file association browser pops up telling me to use hjsplit to join the parts.

Open the Tar file with Winrar. Extract all the numbered files to a new folder. Go to that folder in Winrar. Highlight the first file, then select 'Extract To'. Browse to where you want the image to be, then select 'OK'. Wait for the progress bar to finish (could be several minutes). Now you should have an ISO file that is ready to burn.
